Dr. Bhumika Sandeep Agrawal has 23 years of vast teaching experience.She has published 15 research papers. She has also published a book entitled "Communication Skills" based on syllabus of B.Tech. First Year. She has delivered more than 50 guest lectures for various educational institutes and government agencies. She has also been nominated as an interlocutor, Aviation English Language Expert and Aviation English Trainer for Air Traffic Controllers of Airport Authority of India since 2016. She was the coordinator of the Project 'Impact of Fake News on recent European Politics and Economy' funded by European Union's Erasmus + Jean Monnet Work Programme Module with a grant of 25.200Euros (Rs. 20 lacs).

She has visited Israel in June 2018 for training course on Social Innovation for Local Communities. Her research paper entitled "Vocabulary Improvement through Stories" was adjudged as the Best paper of the conference at ELTAI Conference organized by City Binzani College, Nagpur. She is the subject expert at Programme Evaluation Committee of AICTE sponsored Soft Skills and personality Development Centre.

She has designed and developed B.Tech courses for the Board of Humanities. She was also Instrumental for approval and commencement of courses in emerging areas such as AI-DS, AI-ML. Besides all these she has earned Visharad in Vocal Music & Harmonium and also worked as a Hindi News-reader & Live Commentator for various events for Local Channel (ACN) of Akola.
