Head of the Department

Dr. Prakash S. Prasad is HOD of IT Department. He did B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad, M.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from S. G. B. Amravati University and Ph.D in Computer Science and Engineering from Bhagwant University. He is a life member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), member of CSI and member of IEEE. He has 52 years of teaching experience and has 56 research publications, 5 published Patents. He is Ph.D Supervisor in Computer Science and Technology at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.

He has authored book on "Intrusion Detection System". He has attended various International and National Conferences in the capacity of Session Chair. He has delivered Guest lectures at different Engineering Colleges. He has organized and attended Faculty Development Programs on Python programming and Current trends in Artificial Intelligence.
