About the Cell:

Teaching-learning process has undergone tremendous change lately. Today, teacher's duty is not limited to dissemination of 'information' but also to ensure the 'formation' (emotional, social and moral) of a student. Self-empowered faculty is capable of improving not only the quality of education but also the quality of life of a student as they are actively engaged in building the human resource of the future. The current industry trend, the industry expectation and student's requirement has encouraged us to deliver better to cater and fulfil both, industry, and students expectations. Keeping this changing trend and demand, Priyadarshini Centre of Excellence aims at empowering and synergizing human resources to achieve excellence and self-empowerment through its unique training programs for students. PCOE plays a pivotal role in bringing about the required transformation amongst the students

Objectives of the Cell:

1. To overcome stage fear.
2. To develop confidence.
3. To improve communication skills.
4. To create a desire to visualize and fulfill individual goals.
5. To ingrain understanding, skills and competencies required for public speaking, presentations, group discussions and personal interviews
6. To promote team spirit attitude to resolve issues and managing relationships.
7. To manage emotions, stress, and work life balance.
