Committee for Prevention of Caste Based Discrimination (SC/ST) in Higher Education Institute is to handle any caste-based grievances in the institute by the students / faculty / staff. The Committee will listen to any grievance received. Committee will investigate and verify all the facts and construct the report for further proceedings.
Objectives About Committee for Prevention of Caste Based Discrimination (SC/ST) in Higher Education Institute:
Effective implementations of the Orders / Circulars / Guidelines issued by the Central /State / UGC in respect of Reservation - To provide up to date information statistics in reservation matters to the Central/State/ UGC
- To address individual grievances related to academics and career guidance.
- Making arrangements for sending statistical information required by University / Government authorities regarding SC/ST students from time to time.
