Dr. Imran A. Khan is   Head of Mechanical Engineering Department and possesses more than 26 years of Teaching Experience. He has completed his graduation in Mechanical Engg, M.Tech and Ph.D from RTMNU Nagpur.   He has published more than 72 research papers in National/International Journals/Conferences. He has completed AICTE RPS funded projects worth of Rs. 11 Lakh. He has also filed 2 patents. He has published 5 books and book chapters till date. He is also a reviewer for National and International Journals. He is approved supervisor for Ph.D in Mechanical Engg of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur and is guiding Ph.D scholars. He has guided 26 M.Tech students and more than 45 projects at graduation level. He has lifetime Professional Body Member of Indian Society for Technical Education, Bamboo Society of India, International Association of Engineers (IAENG) and Indian Society of Bio-mechanics (ISB).
